What you can expect from 305Media, and what we expect from you.
Using this website
You are welcome to use this site to find out about the club, get in touch, and manage a membership. Please do not try to break it, take it offline, or use it to send anyone anything they did not ask for.
Membership and payments

A membership runs for twelve months from the day you join and includes use of the club facilities, entry to club sessions, and a vote at the AGM. Payment is taken in full when you join. It does not renew on its own — we will email you before it runs out and you decide. You can cancel at any time by telling us; the membership then runs to the end of the year you have paid for.
Refunds

Change your mind about a new membership within fourteen days and we will refund it in full, as long as you have not used the facilities. After that we do not refund part of a year. A session you cancel in time costs you nothing; a session the club cancels is always refunded or moved, whichever you prefer.
Bookings

Sessions open for booking two weeks ahead. Cancel at least 24 hours before and there is nothing to pay. Miss a session without telling us and we count it as taken — three of those in a season and we may hold off taking your bookings for a while, because an empty court is one nobody else could use.
Behaviour at the club

The short version: treat people, the staff and the place the way you would want them treated. Our code of conduct and safeguarding policy set out the rest, and every member, coach and volunteer agrees to both on joining — ask us for a copy. Serious or repeated breaches can end a membership.
What we can and cannot promise
We keep this site accurate and available as best we can, but we cannot promise it is never wrong or never offline. Fixtures, times and prices can change.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page. The version here is the one that applies.
