When we are open

The clubhouse is open from 9am until 10pm on weekdays and 8am until 8pm at weekends. The last session finishes half an hour before closing so everyone has time to clear up. If you are the last one out, lock the gate behind you.
Kit and footwear

Studs and outdoor boots come off before you come inside — there is a rack by the door. Please wear clean, non-marking soles on the courts. Club kit is expected for matches and welcome any other time.
Guests and visitors

Members may bring a guest twice a season; sign them in at the desk and stay with them while they are here. You are responsible for anyone you bring, including what they break.
Children at the club

Under-14s need a responsible adult on site, and that adult is not the coach. Children are welcome anywhere except the bar after 8pm and the equipment store at any time.
Parking

Park in the marked bays only. The turning circle by the gate has to stay clear for deliveries and, more to the point, for an ambulance. Cars are left at their owner’s risk.

Put nets, balls and cones back where you found them, and tell us if something is broken rather than leaving it for the next person to find. Last one off a court takes the lights out.
Looking after each other

Treat members, staff, volunteers, opponents and officials the way you would want to be treated. Bullying, abuse and discrimination end a membership. If something is wrong, tell any committee member — we would far rather hear it early.
